Terms of Service
By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before launch.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown before tax and shipping, both calculated in the cart. Because every item is made to order, an order can only be changed or cancelled before production begins — typically within 12 hours.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and artwork you upload. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. You confirm you have the rights to use every element of your design.
Content we may decline
We support a wide range of user-created designs and messages while complying with applicable laws and platform policies. Orders containing illegal content, direct threats, targeted harassment, or material that infringes intellectual property rights may be declined and refunded. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
