How long does an order take?
Production is 3–5 business days and transit 5–9, so 10–14 business days end to end. You get a tracking number the moment your parcel is dispatched.
What artwork should I upload?
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 10MB. For crisp results, use at least 2000px on the longest edge with a transparent background.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Yes, if production hasn't started. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll swap the artwork.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No. One piece or five hundred, same per-unit price.
How should I wash printed garments?
Cold wash inside out, hang dry, no ironing directly on the print. The print will outlast the garment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards only for now: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details are entered into Stripe's hosted form and never stored by VEER.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and delivery windows are calculated in the cart by region, and duties are the recipient's responsibility.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.
