Acceptable Use Policy

We support a wide range of user-created designs and messages, including strong opinions and criticism, while complying with applicable laws and platform policies.

You are responsible for your content

Customers are responsible for the content they submit. By placing an order you confirm that you own or are licensed to use every element of your design and that it complies with the laws of your country and ours.

Orders we may decline

  • • Illegal content under applicable law
  • • Direct threats of violence against any person or group
  • • Targeted harassment of an identifiable individual
  • • Material that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property
  • • Content that impersonates another person or organisation

How review works

Designs are reviewed before production. If an order is declined you are notified by email and refunded in full — we don't charge for work we won't print.

Reporting

To report a design you believe infringes your rights, contact the studio with the order or product reference and evidence of ownership. We act on valid notices promptly.
